* There is a place reserved for those with reduced mobility on the lower level of the bus.
* Do not forget to print your voucher as it must be presented to the bus driver in order to take part in the activity; please note that you may also be required to show proof of identity to check  your name and your eligibility for a reduced fare
* The circuit is a closed-door circuit, which transports you from your starting point onwards: it is a sightseeing 'discovery' tour that intends to help you make the most of your time in the city
* Animals are not permitted. However guide dogs for the blind may travel on the bus provided that a reservation is made in advance
* All passengers must wear the seat belt provided. Moving around the vehicle is not allowed; neither is standing or using the stairs for the entire duration of the tour. Please be aware that if a passenger chooses to disregard these instructions any resulting problems become their responsibility
